Texas treasures...

It was the people we dearly love that inspired our trip from Pollywog Creek to the countryside of northeast Texas, and those dearly loved ones are most certainly our greatest treasures there, but I was more than thrilled by the delightful spring weather and rolling fields of wildflowers and the interesting birds the perched along the fence and built nests around the house.

If I wait until I have identified them all, I fear that I'll never post them, so for now, here is a sampling...















































This trip was much harder on me physically than I had anticipated, but my very best days were while we were in Texas and for that I am most grateful.
