Words are woefully inadequate for days like these when...
...four-year old cousins are best friends for the day and
...painted buntings and goldfinches flitter about and
...the water sparkles like diamonds on a frigid winter day and
...no one's in a rush to put away Christmas or take down the tree and
...the first Hunter granddaughter, perfect in every way, slips into our hearts and her big brother's arms
his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations.
(Psalm 100.5 ESV)

It doesn't get much better (in this world anyway), does it? Praise the Lord for His many blessings to us, and most especially Himself.
When was she born? How beautiful she is, this lovely new life... congratulations!
And the painted buntings... I wish we had them here... to see them on the tube feeder would be heavenly indeed. It's as if God put an entire rainbow in one bird, just to remind us of His promises.
The most precious gift is a grandchild.I love the picture of the two children, what a sweet moment.
Blessings,Ruth
Pat I know your heart must be filled to overflowing with God's goodness....she is a beauty!
Gorgeous photos, as usual! LOVE the goldfinch posing with curly twigs.

Hi Patricia,
This is nature's art at its best.
And what a talented artist you are, created in God's image, so apt to capture and display His bountiful blessings.
